SYG Games develops Farm Parade. This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, stored, and shared when you use the game or contact us.
The information processed depends on the features enabled in your version of the game, your device settings, and applicable consent choices.
1. Information We Process
Game progress and settings
Farm Parade stores game progress, in-game resources, tutorial status, and preferences on your device to save your progress and provide game functionality.
The game does not require an account and does not currently provide a developer-operated cloud save service.
Gameplay and analytics information
When enabled, Google Analytics for Firebase processes information about how the game is used. This may include session activity, level starts and outcomes, attempts, time spent in levels, booster usage, and attempts to watch advertisements.
Technical information may include app instance identifiers, device model, operating system, app version, language, and approximate geographic information.
We use this information to understand gameplay, assess level difficulty, and improve the game.
Crash and diagnostic information
When enabled, Firebase Crashlytics processes crash reports, error logs, installation identifiers, device and operating system information, app version, and gameplay events associated with an error.
We use this information to identify problems and improve stability. More information is available in Firebase’s privacy documentation.
Advertising information
Farm Parade uses Google AdMob to provide interstitial and optional rewarded advertisements.
When advertising services are active, Google and participating advertising providers may process IP addresses, approximate location inferred from IP addresses, advertising and other device or app identifiers, ad interactions, and diagnostic information.
This information is used to deliver advertisements, measure performance, manage ad frequency, and prevent fraud and abuse. Processing varies according to your consent choices, device settings, and the advertising services used. See Google Mobile Ads data disclosures.
Support communications
If you contact us, we process your email address, message, and any attachments you provide to respond to your request. Please do not send passwords, payment card details, or unnecessary sensitive information.
2. Purposes and Legal Bases
We process information to:
Provide game functionality and preserve progress.
Understand gameplay and improve the experience.
Diagnose crashes and technical problems.
Provide and measure advertisements.
Respond to support requests.
Protect the game against fraud and abuse and comply with legal obligations.
Where applicable data protection law requires a legal basis, processing relies on consent where required, providing the service you request, legitimate interests in maintaining and improving the game where permitted, or compliance with legal obligations.
3. Service Providers and Sharing
Information may be processed by Google AdMob, Google Analytics for Firebase, and Firebase Crashlytics for the purposes described above. Participating advertising providers may also receive information necessary to provide their services. Where applicable, information about advertising providers is available through the advertising consent interface.
We may disclose information where necessary to comply with law or a valid legal request, prevent abuse, or protect rights and safety.

4. Your Privacy Choices
Where required, we provide consent choices before relevant advertising-related processing. When available, you can review or change these choices through the advertising privacy option in the game’s settings.
You can also manage your advertising identifier through your Android device settings. Available controls depend on your operating system version.
Declining personalized advertising does not necessarily stop all advertising-related processing. Non-personalized or limited advertisements may still involve information processing for delivery, security, and measurement.
Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw that consent. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
5. Retention and Deletion
Local progress and settings remain on your device until the relevant app data is removed. You can clear Farm Parade’s app data through Android settings. Doing so also removes locally stored progress and preferences.
Analytics and advertising information is retained according to applicable service configurations, provider retention practices, and the purposes described in this policy. Google states that Crashlytics retains crash information and associated identifiers for 90 days before beginning its deletion process. See Firebase’s retention information.
We retain support communications for as long as reasonably necessary to resolve requests, provide relevant follow-up, and meet applicable legal obligations.
Clearing app data or uninstalling the game does not automatically delete information previously transmitted to service providers.
6. Your Rights
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, restrict or object to processing, and withdraw consent.
You can submit requests to syg.support@gmail.com. We will respond in accordance with applicable law. You may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
7. International Processing and Security
Service providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, international transfers are subject to applicable safeguards and the providers’ data protection terms.
We take reasonable measures to protect information. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure.
8. Children’s Privacy
Farm Parade is intended for a general audience and is not specifically directed to children.
If you believe a child’s personal information has been processed improperly through the game, please contact syg.support@gmail.com so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy when the game, our data practices, or applicable requirements change. Updates will be published on this page with a revised date. Where required, we will provide additional notice or request consent.
